  Before the Contest Starts: You can cancel your participation in a contest before it begins, within the timeframe specified on the contest details page. Upon cancellation, your entry fee will be refunded to your BowlersDreamLeague account balance.

  After the Contest Begins: Cancellations are not permitted once a contest has started. Entry fees are non-refundable as contest outcomes depend on real-world player performances.

• 2. Contest Cancellations by BowlersDreamLeague

  Low Participation: Contests that fail to meet the minimum participant requirement may be canceled by BowlersDreamLeague. In such cases, all entry fees will be fully refunded.

  Technical Interruptions: If technical issues, such as server malfunctions, affect the fairness of a contest, it may be canceled. Participants will be notified, and entry fees refunded.

  Rule Violations: Contests canceled due to rule violations (e.g., cheating) will not result in refunds for participants responsible for the violations.
